Requirements (from the posting)
- Projects will vary in scale, complexity, and value, requiring technical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- At minimum, the ideal candidate will have deep experience of the Mechanical trades
- Experience of all the MEP trades is preferred
- Experience in MEP estimating in the construction industry with a focus on cost consultancy
- Demonstrated experience in MEP estimating, with expertise in at least one core discipline (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or fire protection)
