Requirements (from the posting)
- Good working knowledge of NEC4 suite of contracts, particularly the Professional Services Contract (PSC) and Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC)
- Experience of undertaking cost/commercial management as part of integrated, multi-organisation, collaborative teams
- Experience of working within a client organization, either directly or through a colocation/secondment arrangement would be of benefit
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
- Accredited MRICS (or working towards membership)
