Requirements (from the posting)
- Someone who has: A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline
- Chartered status, or is working towards chartership, with SCSI, RICS, or an equivalent professional body
- Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract, including NEC and Public Works Contracts, with experience administering contracts on complex infrastructure schemes
- Experience in cost estimating, cost planning, procurement, contract administration, change control, claims management, and commercial reporting
- The ability to manage project costs, financial forecasting, risk, and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle
