- Initiates the preparation of an Estimate Plan (approach, techniques, level of effort, cost, schedule), Basis of Estimate and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) plus 8 years of relevant experience, or a demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with NYC construction costs, local subcontractor markets, union labor practices, building codes, and permitting requirements
