- Bachelor's degree + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- California state PE license or ability to attain reciprocity in possessing another U.S. state PE license within one year of employment
- 12 + years' experience in bridge design and project deliveries
- Extensive project design experience with complex bridge project work in CA. along with related structures project detail deliveries
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills, including technical report writing
