- BS Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related degree and 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educated

- Professional Engineer's License or the ability to obtain within 12 months of employment
- Solid knowledge of MS Office
- Suite, Sharepoint, Unifier, e-Builder, CM14, and P6 Scheduling
