Requirements (from the posting)
- Chartered Status with the RICS. Proven experience in Cost Management providing a full spectrum of deliverables throughout projects
- Proven ability to advise clients and design teams on cost, value and risk, not just cost in isolation
- Excellent IT Skills and the ability to utilise digital measurement, cost planning and tender documentation tools shall be essential
- Experience of project types/sizes/sectors within our active sectors in the UK
