- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for major and complex projects, ideally in the hydroelectric, energy, heavy construction, or infrastructure sectors
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in planning and scheduling major, complex, and multidisciplinary projects
- Experience with hydroelectric projects, dams, power generation facilities, energy infrastructure, or major construction projects
