- Proven experience on complex, multi-disciplinary engagements, including drafting and negotiating bespoke agreements and managing large-value pursuits (e.g., fee US$5M)
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial law, including FIDIC, NEC3/NEC4, JCT, government frameworks, and Singapore standards (e.g., PSSCOC)
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills with the confidence and credibility to engage senior internal stakeholders and public sector clients
