Requirements (from the posting)
- Registered Architect, Professional Engineer (PE) license, or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is required for this position
- Professional experience in managing subcontractors
- Professional experience in services during construction, including answering RFI’s and reviewing submittals
- Due to the nature of this work, U.S. citizenship is required. 10+ years of Project Management experience in architecture, engineering, or the field of construction management
- Security Clearance (or ability to obtain) preferred
