- Minimum: BS/BA Civil Engineering Degree or related field. 10 years of transportation engineering experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Preferred: 15 years of experience in transportation/highway engineering and management of design projects Experience with the design and management of limited-access facilities
- Florida Professional Engineer (PE) is required
- Experience in engineering leadership roles and project management
- Demonstrate proficiency in MicroStation and GEOPAK, 3D corridor modeling
