Requirements (from the posting)
- Client Relationships: Ability to assist in developing new client relationships and to strengthen existing client relationships
- Ability to identify, understand and focus on clients’ key requirements
- BS in Civil Engineering plus 6 years of project management related experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and / or education
- Experience with computer aided design (AutoCAD)
- Experience with ArcGIS. Professional Engineer Registration with the ability to attain a Hawaii Professional Architectural Registration within 12 months
