- Prepare and review interim payment certificates and final accounts for contractors and subcontractors
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (mandatory)

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in quantity surveying for large-scale infrastructure projects, such as airports, shopping malls, or commercial complexes
